Account Terms

Using Your Church Account

Effective 20 October 2026. These terms explain how the Living Faith Church Arepo1 website account works. Please read our Privacy Notice too.

Your Account

You may create an account to save content, send requests, join a unit and use available member features. An online account is a general account. Church membership or a staff role is granted separately after review. Keep your sign-in details private and tell the church office if you suspect someone else has access.

Your Details And Choices

Give accurate contact information when a service needs it. A profile photo is optional and can be added later. Birthday announcements, use of your photo in celebrations, directory visibility and exact ride location require separate choices. You can update these choices in your account. A parent or authorised guardian must provide details for a child.

Content You Send

Only upload or submit material you have the right to share. Do not include another person’s private details without permission. The church team may review, correct, decline or remove submissions and unit material before or after publication. You keep responsibility for your own content and give the church permission to display material you choose to publish through the site until it is withdrawn.

Rides And Church Activities

The ride feature helps members coordinate journeys. A request or offer is not a guaranteed ride. Agree on pickup details with the people involved and use the service responsibly. Exact location is shared only when you choose it for that booking. Service times, live activities and other information may change; the church team may pause or correct them.

Availability And Changes

We may change or pause features to protect users, correct information or maintain the site. We may update these terms and ask you to accept a new version before using account features. You can stop using the service and remove private account data through your account settings.
